 ‘I-Link’ portal enables all involved (vendors/purchasers/solicitors/agents) in their individual case to see the progression of a complete chain. As an agent we are able to download reports and monitor cashflow, and can easily upload documents directly to solicitors when required.  I-Link is definitely a brilliant system to keep you fully informed on where your sales are and for your predicted income/exchanges in realtime within a particular month.  The I-link portal is a great tool for tracking the progression of your house move. We can upload important documents, send messages to key contacts and quickly see status updates for the whole chain, all in one place. We all know how stressful moving house can be but Homestart & the i-Link helps to make the process that bit easier. Being a first-time buyer I didn’t have a clue about the details of moving house but actively using the portal has been a great help in understanding more about the ins and outs of buying and selling and as we could clearly see what was happening throughout the chain, we did not need to make nearly as many phonecalls to get an update and when we did the team were brilliant. With Homestarts help adding the personal touch, I don’t think we’d have progressed nearly as far as we have with our move. They helped to clearly explain every step of the sale and purchase from clarifying legal terms to advising exactly what stage of the purchase we were at. Amanda has been second to none from start to finish. Without her diligence, professionalism and brilliance, our sale and purchase may well have collapsed. Her communication was always open and efficient, with any queries being responded to almost instantaneously. Our move became incredibly stressful at points due to our buyer’s conveyancer. However, Amanda always sought to remedy any mishaps and worked tirelessly alongside our conveyancer to get us to completion.
