Can we buy i-Link software as a standalone product? > Answer

Yes, i-Link is perfect for managing any size of pipeline with or without a sales progressor. Easy to use, it streamlines the whole sales process as each specific milestone set is specific to that tenure, making it easier for you to progress.


Do you offer training on the portal? > Answer

Yes, it’s important to understand the technology that you are using and offering to your customers. We therefore offer a free initial training consultation upon receiving your licence and further on-going support. .


What do your consultancy services cover? > Answer

Our consultancy covers: 

  • All aspects of training on i-Link software plus on-going IT support.
  • *On-site visits.
  • Training in-house sales progressors to further their knowledge and to better understand the conveyancing processes to progress sales more efficiently. We can provide additional techniques to your progressors to  be able to support lawyers in a more proactive approach to meet deadlines and completion targets set.
  • Regular webinar sessions to assess service levels and monitor key performance indicators.

Is i-Link purchased as a licence and how does this work? > Answer

i-Link is purchased with a fixed or variable monthly fee subscription allowing you the freedom to choose based on your pipelines. Full access to the platform is provided with additional IT support. One free on-site visit and training on the platform is included in the initial subscription.


Will my clients know that you are a separate company? > Answer

By using Homestart Conveyancing Solutions for all your sales progression solutions you can expect to receive a fully white labeled service, which acts as an extension of your own organization. You can also expect your customers to receive the highest level of customer service at all times. We are the only sales progression service that is so confident in its ability to provide you with an optimal service that we are fully paid members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.
